Company revenues stood at 140 million euros last year and estimates for this year point to a similar level. However, commercial traffic will reduce by 6-8 percent this year, an effect of the economic crisis, Donciu said.
Earlier today the transportation minister Radu Berceanu required Romatsa to carefully monitor spending and make sure it does not overspend.
“The company needs restrictions over expenses with traveling,” Berceanu said.
The economic crisis affected businesses in air transportation too, with the slump in global demand which hit economies worldwide.
